Job summary

STMicroelectronics Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Lean Manufacturing & Operational Excellence lead for our semiconductor wafer fab in Singapore. The role focuses on deploying and sustaining Lean practices, driving productivity improvements, and coaching cross-functional teams to achieve measurable, sustainable results.

The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering or related fields and hands-on experience with AVP, QRCI, Obeya and Gemba.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations or related field.
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or production operations is preferred.
Strong knowledge of Lean tools (AVP, QRCI, Obeya, 5S, Gemba).
Data-driven decision making with stakeholder management.
Ability to influence across shifts and departments.

Responsibilities

Drive Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence across Production in a semiconductor wafer fab.
Deploy, sustain and improve Lean practices such as AVP, QRCI, Obeya, 5S, Gemba and workshops.
Coordinate with Production, Module, DTIT, Quality, Training and support teams to boost productivity and workflow efficiency.
Build a strong shopfloor Lean culture by coaching teams and ensuring measurable, sustainable results.
