Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or transformation.
• Required Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification; Master Black Belt advantageous.
• Proven enterprise-wide transformation and change leadership experience.

We are seeking ahighly accomplished Manager/ Senior Manager - Lean Master, IndustrialEngineering to lead the organization's Lean Excellence function anddrive enterprise-wide operational transformation. This role is responsible forchampioning Lean methodologies, digitalization initiatives, AI adoption,capability development, and continuous improvement programs that delivermeasurable and sustainable business results.

The successfulcandidate will serve as a strategic change leader, partnering withcross-functional stakeholders to accelerate productivity, optimize operationalperformance, and foster a culture of operational excellence across theorganization.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Lead enterprise-wide Lean Excellence andOperational Transformationinitiatives to drive productivity, quality, cost, and deliveryimprovements across manufacturing and business operations.
• Champion Lean Six Sigma methodologies, including Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping,waste elimination, and continuous improvement programs to achievesustainable business results.
• Drive digitalization, automation, and AIadoption to enhanceoperational efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and organizationalcompetitiveness.
• Develop and implement IndustrialEngineering strategiesfocused on capacity planning, workforce optimization, process efficiency,and resource utilization.
• Lead cross-functional transformationprojects and establishgovernance frameworks to ensure successful execution and valuerealization.
• Build organizational capability by coaching, mentoring, and developingLean practitioners through training, certification, and continuouslearning programs.
• Partner with executive leadership teams to align operational excellenceinitiatives with strategic business objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Deliver measurable business impact through cost reduction, productivityimprovement, operational efficiency, quality enhancement, and sustainableperformance gains.

Your profile

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, OperationsManagement, or related discipline.
• Min 10 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operational Excellence,or Business Transformation.
• Required Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificationand Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt will be a great advantage
• Proven track record in enterprise-wide transformation,digitalization, AI deployment, and continuous improvement leadership.
• Strong people leadership, executive stakeholder management, andchange management capabilities.
• Deep expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Operational Excellence, Industry4.0, Automation, Data Analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and influencingskills.
• Demonstrated success in delivering sustainable operational andfinancial results.
• Candidates with strong relevant competencies, leadership potential, and a solid foundation in Lean Transformation and Operational Excellencemay be considered for a Manager-level position despite having feweryears of experience.
