is seeking a senior CI leader to drive continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives across our operations, with a focus on efficiency, productivity and performance. You will champion Lean Six Sigma, BPM and change management, coach teams, and partner with stakeholders to design and implement cost-saving process improvements, automation, and digitalisation across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement or related fields.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with proven toolkit experience.
• Experience in Business Process Re-engineering and organisational design.
• PRINCE2 or PMP project management certification.

Responsibilities

• Drive CI methodologies across business units adopting Lean Six Sigma, BPM and Change Management.
• Lead business process re-engineering to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify, evaluate and implement improvement opportunities.
• Support transformation through technology adoption, automation and digitalisation.
• Analyse warehouse and supply chain processes to identify cost savings and performance gains.
• Coach Lean Six Sigma practitioners and project teams.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects within approved budgets and timelines.
• Analyse processes and performance to prioritise improvement initiatives.
• Promote application of improvement tools for sustainable results.
• Conduct data analysis and problem-solving to support strategic decisions.

Job Summary

Lead continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption of Continuous Improvement (CI) methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management, and Change Management across supported business units.
• Lead business process re-engineering and job redesign initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Partner with business units and stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and implement process improvement opportunities.
• Support operational transformation through technology adoption, automation, and digitalisation initiatives.
• Analyse existing warehouse and supply chain processes to identify cost savings and performance improvement opportunities.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Lean Six Sigma practitioners and project teams.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects, ensuring delivery within approved budgets and timelines.
• Analyse business processes, systems, and operational performance to identify and prioritise improvement initiatives.
• Promote the effective application of improvement methodologies and tools to achieve sustainable business results.
• Conduct operational research, data analysis, and problem-solving activities to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement new processes and drive organisational change.

Requirements

• Degree qualification in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Business Process Re-engineering, Operational Excellence, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with proven experience applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Strong experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), organisational design, and job redesign.
• Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent).
• Experience managing large-scale transformation and supply chain improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various organisational levels.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and certification requirements, including ISO 9001 .
• Good understanding of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a fully on-site environment.
