Job summary

V-ELEGANT PTE. LTD. is seeking an onsite IT support specialist to provide desktop and laptop assistance at Clementi Campus.

You will troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, and hardware issues, support printers and meeting-room equipment, and manage device configuration and relocation tasks as part of a dynamic IT team. The role requires hands-on experience with Intune/Entra, patching, endpoint management, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT or related field preferred.
• Desktop/EUC/IT support experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with desktop/laptop hardware and printers.
• Knowledge of Intune/Entra, patching and endpoint management.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• ITIL, Microsoft or CompTIA certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities
