Job summary

Horizon Global Services PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Deskside Technician specializing in End User Computing (EUC) to provide onsite support in a corporate environment in Singapore.

You will resolve EUC incidents, install and configure devices, and ensure SLA adherence across the organization. The role covers Windows and Office 365 support, imaging with SCCM/MDT, asset management, network connectivity, printers, and VIP user assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of deskside or end-user computing support experience.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, OS, and peripherals.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform.
• Experience with IT asset management and inventory control.
• Strong Windows OS knowledge (Windows 10/7) and Office 365.
• Familiarity with imaging/deployment tools (SCCM/MDT).
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to users.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite EUC support and resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Install, configure, repair, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS and Office 365 applications.
• Log and track incidents via ITSM tool and manage ticket lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and device allocation.
• Troubleshoot network issues including LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi.
• Configure printers, scanners, and IP printing services.
• Support macOS devices and mobile computing.
• Assist with OS imaging and deployment (SCCM/MDT).
• Back up data and support recovery processes.
