Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Change Management professional in Singapore to lead stakeholder engagement, design and implement change strategies, and enable adoption of new ways of working. You will assess impacts, develop adoption plans, and collaborate across project teams to deliver sustainable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Change Management, Human Capital, or related fields.
• Intermediate proficiency in Change Management.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to articulate value cases and develop simple business cases (e.g., how technology impacts people, roles, and ways of working).
• Ability to articulate the value case for change and leverage data to track adoption, measure outcomes, and demonstrate business impact.
• Passion for learning and applying AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies in everyday work.
