Job summary

CoreTRM Pte. Ltd. seeks an Application Support Manager to lead a small team of 1–2 analysts and oversee client support for our E/CTRM platform.

The role combines hands-on application support with leadership responsibilities to ensure service levels are met and client satisfaction remains high. You will coordinate with services, development and product control, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvements in support quality and incident response.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in application support
• At least 1 year in a leadership role
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to maintain high client satisfaction with service levels

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and 2 support via email, IM and phone to clients
• Log issues in tracking system and monitor SLAs
• Lead a team of 1-2 Application Support Analysts
• Coordinate with services, development and product control teams
• Oversee incident response, change requests and bug fixes
• Ensure after-hours support coverage and handovers
• Improve support processes and performance metrics
• Participate in audits and regulatory reporting
