Job summary

Axpo Holding AG in Singapore is seeking an Application Support Analyst with 5+ years in a trading environment to provide global user support for ETRM/CTRM platforms such as Allegro Horizon or Topaz.

You will manage incidents via Jira, create knowledge articles in Confluence, collaborate with vendors and developers on deployments, testing, and production support, including out-of-hours for major incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Application Support in a trading environment.
• Experience with ETRM/CTRM platforms (Allegro Horizon or Topaz).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Windows Server and Windows desktop environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL, SQL, and scripting (PowerShell/Python).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end application support for a global user base and diagnose issues.
• Manage incidents and service requests via Jira with adherence to SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Develop and maintain Confluence documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with vendors, developers, and business users on deployments and enhancements.
• Monitor availability, performance and capacity; support major incidents and maintenance.
