Job summary

Achieve Group in Singapore is seeking an experienced ETRM/trading systems support professional to ensure stable operations across front-to-back commodity trading workflows.

You will troubleshoot trade capture, data integrity, and system interfaces, coordinating with IT and business users. The role emphasizes hands-on problem-solving, data governance, and ongoing improvements within a fast-paced trading environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, pricing, market data, risk, P&L, settlement, and reporting.
• Hands-on exposure to trading systems support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the ETRM/trading platform to ensure smooth and stable system operations
• Troubleshoot trade booking, system, interface, and data-related issues raised by Trading, Risk, Operations, and Finance users
• Support accurate trade capture and ensure data integrity across the trading lifecycle
• Monitor daily batch processes, system jobs, interfaces, and reconciliations to ensure timely completion
• Maintain and support market data feeds, price curves, reference data, and system configurations where required
• Assist with investigation of P&L, risk, settlement, and reporting-related discrepancies linked to system data
• Liaise with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve incidents, elevate issues, and coordinate fixes
• Support system enhancements, configuration changes, upgrades, and testing activities including UAT
• Gather user requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance trading workflows and controls
• Prepare documentation including issue logs, process notes, and test scenarios where required

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline with approximately 4-5 years relevant experience
• Familiarity with trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, pricing, market data, risk, P&L, settlement, and reporting
• Experience supporting users in a fast‑paced trading environment with strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities
• Exposure to system enhancement projects, testing, or implementation work would be advantageous
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both business users and technical stakeholders effectively
