Job summary

CoreTRM PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to implement our cloud-native C/ETRM software for clients worldwide, with occasional travel.

This role is primarily a functional consultant position focused on client engagement, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration and user adoption rather than deep technical development. Qualifications

• For candidates who can engage with clients and guide deliverables.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across project lifecycles.
• Hands-on approach with system deliveries and configurations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and ensure satisfaction.
• Configure and implement CoreTRM for clients.
• Gather, understand and document client requirements.
• Identify gaps and determine appropriate solutions.
• Extend the core product using data models and scripting extensions.
• Design and configure interfaces to other applications.
• Facilitate user acceptance and smooth adoption.
• Deliver end-user training sessions.
• Raise and manage change requests for enhancements.
• Liaise with product developers to test enhancements.
• Follow company standards and policies; provide ongoing client support.
• Assist in sales materials and SOW preparation; mentor junior consultants.
• Travel to client sites locally or overseas when required.
