Job summary

CoreTRM in Singapore is seeking an Application Support Manager to lead a small team and manage end-to-end application support for our CTRM platform. The role combines hands-on support with people leadership to ensure client satisfaction and smooth transitions from implementation to production.

You will coordinate with services, development and product control, perform ongoing issue configurations, and ensure adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in application support with at least 1 year in a leadership/team lead role.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to keep clients satisfied with our support levels (key KPI).

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support via email, IM and phone to existing clients.
• Log all support issues in the company issue tracking system.
• Monitor outstanding issues and ensure they are dealt with within the Service Level Agreement.
• Perform ongoing configuration of support issues.
• Lead and manage a team of 1-2 application support analysts to provide high-quality service.
• Act as the main escalation point for critical, high-impact issues and coordinate with development.
