FLINTEX CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven Software Sales Manager to spearhead enterprise and banking sector growth across India and Emerging Markets.

You will hunt new opportunities, manage end-to-end sales cycles, and cultivate long-term client relationships with a focus on AI-enabled contact center solutions and cloud-based customer engagement. The role requires strong leadership, a proactive approach, and collaboration with pre-sales, marketing and delivery teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in front-line selling roles.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration or related field.
• Experience handling enterprise clients and B2B or solution-based sales.
• Familiarity with market research, lead generation and sales forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and market reach.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and market research.
• Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships for repeat business.
• Collaborate with Pre-sales, Marketing & Inside sales to drive lead generation and maintain a 3X revenue funnel.
• Assess client requirements and present tailored solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to close profitable deals.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Operations, and Product teams for seamless delivery.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance analyses.
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences to boost brand presence.
