Job summary

The Learning Lab in Singapore is seeking an Enrolment Consultant to guide prospective and existing students and families through our curriculum and enrolment options. You will deliver a personalized experience across calls, emails, and centre visits, building trusted relationships while representing the TLL brand.

You will work with the HECS and Academic Team to achieve enrolment targets, manage the sales pipeline, and stay informed about market trends to support sales initiatives and program

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in education.
• Diploma in any discipline.
• Able to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend.
• Knowledge of CRM, sales or customer service is highly desirable.
• Driven and self-motivated with strong consultative selling flair.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new enrolment opportunities to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Academic Team and Customer Service to support enrolments.
• Drive enrolments through centre visits, campaigns and events.
• Manage sales pipeline and build relationships with families.
• Understand student goals to recommend suitable programmes.
• Provide clear information on curriculum and offerings.
• Guide families through enrolment with a smooth, customer-centric experience.
• Stay informed on market trends to support sales initiatives.
