You will guide applicants through the admissions journey, conduct campus tours, and collaborate with marketing to run enrollment campaigns. The role requires 1+ year of sales or target-driven experience in education, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, Education or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or target-driven environment, preferably in education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with great attention to detail.
• Proactive and collaborative approach, able to work independently and in a team.
• Passion for supporting families through admissions and enrollment process.

Responsibilities

• Promote the school’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values to prospective families throughout the admissions process.
• Provide clear and timely information about our curriculum, programs, and school life.
• Guide families through every step of the admissions journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Conduct engaging campus tours and highlight key features and benefits of HWA International School.
• Follow up on inquiries from prospective families to support their admissions decision.
• Maintain accurate records of admissions activities using our CRM system.
• Work closely with the marketing team to produce compelling enrollment campaigns and promotional content.
• Represent the school at education fairs, open houses, and admissions events.
• Consistently work toward achieving individual and team enrollment goals.
