As an Enrolment Consultant, you'll be a trusted advisor to prospective and existing customers. You’ll help them understand our curriculum and enrolment offerings while creating a professional and personalised experience across calls, emails, and centre visits. At the heart of this role is the ability to build meaningful relationships while representing TLL’s premium brand. We seek someone who takes pride in delivering a high standard of service, while being motivated to contribute to the team’s success by achieving and exceeding enrolment targets.
Proactively identify and cultivate new enrolment opportunities while partnering closely with the Head of Enrolment and Customer Service (HECS) to achieve and exceed enrolment targets
Partner with the Academic Team, Customer Service Department, and other internal teams to support enrolment initiatives
Drive student enrolments through centre visits, campaigns, open houses, information sessions and other outreach initiatives
Professionally manage your sales pipeline and build relationships with existing and prospective families
Understand students’ backgrounds and goals to provide thoughtful advice on suitable programmes and subjects for their needs
Provide accurate and timely information on our curriculum and programme offerings
Guide families through the enrolment process by delivering a smooth and customer‑centric experience at every touchpoint
Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities in the education industry to contribute insights that support sales initiatives and improvements
