Job summary

You will generate leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media, advise on career pathways, lead presentations and roadshows, and ensure excellent post-enrollment service to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• 1–4 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in education or service sectors.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and common digital tools.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and passionate about education.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify new sales prospects through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and social media.
• Advise prospective students on career pathways, course structures, and suitable training programs.
• Lead virtual or in-person presentations and roadshows to showcase offerings.
• Convert inquiries into paid registrations to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales forecasts using CRM.
• Deliver excellent post-enrollment customer service to foster lasting relationships.
