Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from prospective students and parents via phone, chat, email and face-to-face consultations.
• Understand each student’s background and study goals to advise on programmes and admissions.
• Conduct professional consultations with prospective students and parents.
• Follow up leads consistently and maintain effective enrolment communications.
• Work toward enrolment and sales targets for individuals and the team.
• Assist students and parents with applications, registration and enrolment steps.
• Maintain accurate lead, consultation and follow-up records.
• Coordinate with Student Services and Academic teams to ensure a smooth student journey.
• Participate in education fairs, open houses and recruitment activities.
• Ensure information provided is accurate and in line with policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from prospective students and parents through phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, email and face-to-face consultations.
• Understand each students educational background, needs and study goals, and provide accurate information on the school's programmes and admission requirements.
• Conduct professional consultations with prospective students and parents.
• Follow up assigned leads consistently and maintain effective communication throughout the enrolment process.
• Work towards individual and team enrolment and sales targets.
• Assist students and parents with application, registration and enrolment procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead, consultation and follow-up records.
• Coordinate closely with Student Services, Academic and other departments to ensure a smooth student journey.
• Participate in education fairs, open houses, information sessions and other school recruitment activities.
• Ensure that all information provided to students and parents is accurate and in accordance with the school's approved policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in education, student recruitment, sales or customer service will be an advantage, but is not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with students and parents.
