Bianka Panova Academy in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to support learners and families. You will handle inquiries, enroll new students and coordinate with coaches and staff to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset in a dynamic education environment. Fluency in English is essential; other languages are a plus, and a positive, helpful attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an educational or sports setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities
