Job summary

School of Music and the Arts (SOMA) in Singapore is seeking a capable Customer Service Assistant to support students and parents with enrolment, payments, and class scheduling. You will help create a welcoming environment and coordinate daily administrative tasks across the school.

The role requires strong English and Mandarin communication, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Prior experience in education and sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience.
• Experience in the education sector is preferred.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to students and parents via phone, email, social channels, and walk-ins.
• Coordinate enrolment, payments, student files, scheduling, and classroom allocations.
• Track and update status reports for sales leads and school events.
• Support marketing and school branding initiatives, including social media.
