RD American School is seeking an Admissions Specialist to drive student enrollment by managing the full admissions lifecycle from lead generation to enrollment conversion. You will engage prospective families, conduct tours, and partner with schools and agencies to secure admissions.

The role requires strong relationship-building, excellent communication, and the ability to manage inquiries, offers, and documentation with accuracy and care.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of admissions, student recruitment, business development, customer service, hospitality, education, or consultative sales.
• Experience within an international school or education environment is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, customer relationship management, or sales pipeline management preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify, engage, and cultivate prospective families to generate new student enrollment opportunities.
• Manage the admissions pipeline from initial inquiry through enrollment.
• Conduct campus tours, information sessions, and admissions presentations.
• Build relationships with corporate partners, relocation agencies, embassies, consultants, and community groups.
• Process applications and coordinate assessments, interviews, and placements.
• Monitor progress and generate admissions reports and enrollment pipeline updates.
