Job summary

Nanyang International School seeks a dynamic Lead Student Recruitment professional to drive enrollment growth across Year 1–12 markets. You will develop strategies, engage new markets, and build strong relationships with parents, students, and partners.

You will organize events, guide applicants through enrollment, manage inquiries, and collaborate with Marketing to boost campaigns while reporting pipeline performance to management.

Qualifications

• 3 years of student recruitment experience in private education.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment goals.
• Identify and engage new student markets through schools, agents, education fairs, roadshows, and community outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, education agents, and partner institutions to support recruitment.
• Organize and represent the school at marketing events, open days, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Provide accurate course counseling and guide prospective students and parents through the enrollment process.
