Job summary

Qualifications

• Education in Data Analytics or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis methods and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with analytics tools such as SQL, R, Python, Qlik, or Tableau is advantageous.
• Strong ability to translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Transform data from multiple sources into strategic intelligence to influence enlistment operations.
• Uncover trends and visualise insights that bridge data and action.
• Empower stakeholders with narratives that strengthen policy-operations integration.
• Monitor fulfilment of KPIs and recommend adjustments to strategies as needed.
• Serve as a data consultant to frame problems in ways that can be answered with data.
• Develop understanding of pre-enlistment operations across multiple processes to ensure accurate data trends interpretation.
• Manage data integrity across live source systems, including data merging and timestamp consistency.
