Job summary

MINISTRY OF DEFENCE OF SINGAPORE is seeking a data analytics professional to transform RSAF HR operations through advanced analytics, machine learning and AI-driven solutions.

You will design and implement predictive and prescriptive models for workforce planning, talent management and strategic HR initiatives. Collaboration with stakeholders will translate complex HR needs into robust analytics delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in Data Analytics, HR Analytics or BI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced analytics solutions to transform RSAF's HR operations and decision-making processes.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models for workforce planning, talent management and strategic HR initiatives.
• Build and maintain ML models and AI-driven solutions for HR optimisation.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical analytics solutions; ensure models stay accurate and relevant.
