Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise Singapore is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional ink qualification and NPI programs, aligning design, manufacturing readiness, and regulatory compliance across departments.

You will drive program scope, schedules, budgets, and risk management while coordinating teams across Ink Chemistry, Reliability, Manufacturing and Regulatory to deliver robust, high-quality inkjet solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, materials science, mechanical or electrical engineering.
4–7 years of work experience in design/PM, product development, manufacturing, or quality engineering.
Experience leading cross-functional global teams across time zones.
Fluent in English, able to travel up to 25%.
Experience with product qualification, NPI, manufacturing changes.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple project teams across design and development of complex products and platforms.
Coordinate activities with multiple internal functions to ensure alignment and timelines.
Review designs for compliance with guidelines and standards; provide feedback to improve quality.
Identify trends to optimize product output, quality, and cost of delivery.
Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, driving innovation and excellence.
