Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Materials/Chemical Engineering required.
• 5–10 years of experience in process engineering and/or manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design complex manufacturing methods, sequences, and assembly processes.
• Build capacity models, factory layouts, and cost estimates.
• Lead cross-functional project teams through development stages.
• Govern technical quality and compliance of engineering deliverables.
• Mentor staff and deliver reports to support operational and strategic plans.
