Job summary

HP Singapore is seeking an Engineering Services professional to join its R&D team responsible for consumer inkjet All-in-One and Printer products. You will develop engineering specifications, drive schedules, and manage build readiness across cross-functional teams.

You will assist Program Manager and Chief Engineer to ensure technical aspects are well managed, including proto builds, BOM, test plans, and cost. The role requires collaboration across disciplines and geographies, with 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years related experience.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an R&D environment, preferably All-in-One or Inkjet Printer products.
• Ability to work independently or on a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering specifications and requirements for the product.
• Develop project schedules and drive projects to successful completion.
• Work with technical team to establish build objectives, drive readiness and manage build progress.
• Lead operation and/or production to establish processes for the project.
• Assist the organization in maintaining system quality throughout the product lifecycle.
• Assist the Program Manager and Chief Engineer to ensure all technical aspects are well managed, including proto builds, BOM, test plans, and cost.
• Collaborate across disciplines and geographical teams to ensure project success.
