Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Supplies Customer Assurance Engineer in Singapore to act as the primary customer advocate for ink supplies products. You will own PDP deliverables, drive customer experience improvements, and collaborate with R&D and manufacturing to ensure product quality and serviceability across lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Be the customer champion for ink supplies products and ensure customer experience excellence.
• Own and deliver PDP items: customer needs, support strategy, content & messaging, product setup, returns.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing and printer teams to drive improvements.
• Track, monitor and report on product and customer experience in-market.
• Lead escalation activities and coordinate timely resolutions with partners.
