Job summary

HP's NPDI team within Inkjet Supplies Development and Operations (ISDO) is seeking a Writing System and System Integration Engineer in Singapore to drive NPIs for printhead technologies, ensure reliability, and deliver outstanding customer experience.

The role focuses on delivering products that meet design requirements in print quality, reliability, and customer experience, while collaborating across global teams to define customer needs and validate system-level interactions for manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Material/Chemical engineering or relevant
Technical breadth & system approach
Demonstrated analytical and empirical problem-solving skills
System thinker, able to connect disparate elements in dynamic environments
Growth mindset with adaptability
Fluent in spoken & written English

Responsibilities

Partner with and influence stakeholders at all levels across the business.
Drive future product requirements by identifying and defining customer needs.
Translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional discussions.
Make customer-focused judgments on product quality, reliability, and user experience.
Lead resolution of complex system-level technical issues and drive robust solutions.
Document and transfer specifications and knowledge to manufacturing partners.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to develop engineering capabilities.
Drive process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
