Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Singapore is seeking a Program Specialist to join an R&D team developing Consumer inkjet All-in-One and Printer products. You will help craft engineering specs, drive project schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will lead build readiness, manage BOMs and test plans, and support cost control while maintaining product quality throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering with minimum 3 years related experience.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in R&D environment.
• Experience in All-in-One or Inkjet Printer products preferred.
• Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering specifications and requirements for the product.
• Develop project schedules and drive projects to successful completion.
• Lead build readiness and manage BOM, test plans, and cost.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary and international teams.
• Assist Program Manager and Chief Engineer to manage technical aspects.
• Drive resolution of issues and ensure product quality throughout lifecycle.
