Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and/or Electronic Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 6+ years of related experience; people management is a plus.

• Strong project management, time and risk management, and resource prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct leadership for a team of engineers designing and developing electronic systems for LaserJet products.
• Manages headcount, deliverables, schedules, and budgets across multiple projects.
• Engages with program managers and cross-functional teams to define scope and guide decisions.
• Manages relationships with outsourced partners and suppliers to meet deliverables and costs.
