Qualifications

• Experience providing technical service to customers in bearing-related field.
• Strong English and Japanese communication skills.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable bearing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and support to customers to increase sales or resolve problems.
• Ensure correct bearings are selected based on information collected.
• Handle customer quality-related claims and provide reports to Sales team.
• Issue investigations with manufacturing plant and report results to customers.
• Exchange part numbers and recommend replacements for competitors.
• Participate in customer development and promotion projects with Marketing/Sales.
• Provide engineering reports (calculations, failure analysis) to customers.
• Notify all stakeholders of spec changes or product discontinuities.
• Manage technical drawings and specifications requested by customers.
• Conduct training/seminars on NTN products.
• Understand Japanese customer requirements and communicate with HQ.
• Collaborate with Sales, Inventory and other departments to feedback on products/services.
