You will cultivate advisory relationships across shipyards, operators, and renewables, while driving end-to-end sales, ROIs, and recurring supply agreements. Travel regionally to engage clients and support projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a technical engineering field.
• 3–5+ years in B2B technical sales, application engineering, or spare parts consulting.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue and gross profit targets.
• Willingness to travel regionally for site visits and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Act as expert advisor to client engineering teams with site inspections and failure analysis.
• Build and maintain advisor-client relationships across shipyards, operators, and renewables.
• Diagnose issues to specify bearings and wear parts maximizing uptime.
• Own end-to-end sales process to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Explain ROI and cost-benefit analyses to win orders and contracts.
• Offer reverse engineering and customization to fit OEM components.
• Lead responses for RFPs, tenders, and order manufacturing.
• Perform on-site measurements and advise bearing material selection.
• Track market developments in green shipping, mining automation, and offshore wind.
