Job summary

OCBC Group in Singapore seeks an experienced BA/PO to drive product development in Corporate credit origination and the Loan Core Banking domain. The role includes long-term roadmap development for platform enhancements and effective engagement with business teams to propose build and implementation strategies.

You will act as a bridge between Business and System Delivery during solution design, SDLC and Agile/SCRUM delivery, ensuring requirements are complete and aligned with regulatory trends.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of business analysis experience in financial services.
• Experience in corporate credit processing and loan origination.
• Ability to translate business needs and guide SDLC/Agile delivery.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for loans.

Responsibilities

• Manage Core Banking transformation for Credit/Loan portfolios.
• Elicit requirements and translate into functional specs.
• Collaborate with IT, IS, vendors for optimal solutions.
• Prepare test scenarios and support UAT.
• Bridge between business and delivery teams.
