Job summary

OCBC is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the Emerging Business Regional Digital Loans Platform, shaping the LLMS roadmap regionally. You’ll work with business and IT teams to deliver scalable, user-centric loan lifecycle capabilities across markets.

The role emphasizes defining features, requirements gathering, AI opportunities in lending, and strong stakeholder collaboration to ensure compliant, timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in product management or similar roles.
• Experience delivering digital loan platforms.
• Experience in B2B lending or regional multi-country programmes is a plus.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Understanding AI applications in lending and translating into business use cases.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product features aligned to LLMS vision and roadmap.
• Lead regional requirements gathering and design authority across markets.
• Drive horizontal journey thinking to simplify upfront processes and policies.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI across loan origination.
• Translate business needs into scalable journeys with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own regional capabilities and platform backlog across markets.
• Collaborate with IT on scope, cost and delivery sequence.
• Work with UX/UI to design user-centric journeys.
• Guide testing and ensure acceptance criteria with testers.
• Support rollout, training and adoption and monitor feedback.
• Ensure regulatory adherence with compliance and risk teams.
