Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead project initiation, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and alignment with goals.
Develop and execute detailed project plans with scheduling and cost estimates.
Act as liaison among owners, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
Oversee end-to-end procurement, tendering, evaluation, and contracts.
Review design submissions for compliance and timely approvals.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Control scope, budget, and changes per contracts and safety standards.
Oversee execution to meet quality and operational expectations.
Manage project closeout including inspections, defects, warranties, and final accounts.
