Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Building, Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or related discipline.
• PMI PMP certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and alignment with goals.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans with scheduling and cost estimates.
• Act as liaison among owners, stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.
• Oversee end-to-end procurement, tendering, evaluation, and contracts.
• Review design submissions for compliance and timely approvals.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Control scope, budget, and changes per contracts and safety standards.
• Oversee execution to meet quality and operational expectations.
• Manage project closeout including inspections, defects, warranties, and final accounts.
