Job summary

KIC INTERNATIONAL SALES, INC. is seeking a field service engineer to install, commission, test, and maintain our products and systems at customer sites.

The role covers on-site and remote technical support, diagnosis of product, system, and equipment issues, and handling RMAs with rigorous fault analysis and verification testing. You will prepare detailed service reports, RMA records, and troubleshooting documentation while coordinating with customers and internal teams.

• Carry out installation, commissioning, testing, servicing, and maintenance of company products and systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers when required.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot product, system, and equipment-related issues.
• Investigate product failures and Returned Material Authorization (RMA) cases.
• Perform fault diagnosis, root-cause analysis, repair, and verification testing.
• Prepare and maintain service reports, RMA reports, troubleshooting records, and other relevant technical documentation.
• Identify recurring technical or product issues and communicate findings to the Engineering team.
• Support internal teams with trouble-shooting and technical matters relating to existing products.
• Assist with product testing, verification, and evaluation when required.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, contractors, and other external parties on technical and service-related matters when necessary.
• Maintain service tools, test equipment, spare parts, and related service resources where applicable.
