Job summary

VERITAS CONTROL PTE. LTD. seeks a service-oriented engineer to lead on-site installation and provide technical support via on-site visits and remote calls.

You will engage with customers, verify issues, propose solutions, and repair defective items to ensure smooth commissioning of our products. The role requires a Diploma in Engineering or related fields, 1–3 years in sales within M&E, control & automation, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related fields.
• 1–3 years of sales experience in M&E, control & automation industry.
• Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven.
• Clear presentation ability with excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical installation for on-site installation and online calls.
• Provide on-site service and support to customers; not limited to local customers. For instance, problem verification, solution, and checking defective items to investigate and repair.
• Set up, configure, and commission our products for customers.
• Handles technical inquiries and requests for quotations on technical services.
• Produce relevant reports for all work relating to on-site problems such as root cause analysis, service report, commissioning report, etc.
• Handle customer service calls on defective products and preventive maintenance.
• Support the sales team in providing technical solutions to meet customers' needs.
• In addition to these duties/responsibilities, employees are required to carry out such duties as may reasonably be required.
