Job summary

Revcon Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Service Technician to perform on-site installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our electrical and control systems for diverse customers.

You will set up and configure products, respond to technical inquiries, prepare service and commissioning reports, support the sales team with technical solutions, and build strong, customer-focused relationships. 1–3 years of experience in M&E is preferred; diploma is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical & Engineering or related field required.
• 1–3 years of working experience in M&E, control & automation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical installation for on-site installation and online calls.
• Provide on-site service and support to customers; investigate and repair defective items.
• Set up, configure, and commission products for customers.
• Handle technical inquiries and requests for quotations on technical services.
• Produce reports for on-site work such as root cause analysis and commissioning reports.
• Handle customer service calls on defective products and preventive maintenance.
• Support sales team with technical solutions to meet customers' needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical installation for on-site installation and online calls

• Provide on-site service and support to customers; not limited to local customers. For instance, problem verification, solution, and checking defective items to investigate and repair

• Set up, configure, and commission our products for customers

• Handles technical inquiries and requests for quotations on technical services

• Produce relevant reports for all work relating to on-site problems such as root cause analysis, service report, commissioning report, etc.

• Handle customer service calls on defective products and preventive maintenance

• Support the sales team in providing technical solutions to meet customers' needs

About you

• Diploma in Electrical & Engineering or related fields

• Minimum 1-3 years working experience in M&E, control & automation industry

• Mature, self-disciplined and results-driven

• Clear presentation ability with excellent communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer focus to establish positive relations
