Job summary

DYNTEK PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a proactive technical support specialist to assist clients and consultants with product-related queries, and to back the production and sales teams on submissions, proposals, and quotations. You will conduct on-site installation training, perform site inspections, and help manage client orders.

• Support technical queries from clients and consultants
• Provide technical support to production and sales on product submissions, proposals and quotations
• Conduct on-site product installation training and periodic site inspections
• Process and manage clients’ orders
• Assist in value-added design using structural engineering calculations and design codes
• Coordinate with production and engineering to align client requirements for standardized solutions and future development

Job description

• Support technical queries from clients and consultants
• Provide technical supports to production department and to sales team (pre- & post- sales) on product submission, proposals and quotations - prepare plans, specifications and price estimates
• Conduct product installation training on site, periodical site inspections
• Process and manage clients’ orders
• Research and assist in value-added (technically and economically) design, to meet clients’ requirements using structural engineering calculations and design codes
• Work closely with production and engineering team to align clients’ requirements for standardization of solutions and future development
