Job summary

AUX CLOUD COMMERCE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled service technician to provide technical and after-sales support for air-conditioning systems and home appliances.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain equipment and coordinate service cases with sales, warehouse and operations teams. The role involves identifying root causes, advising customers, assisting with product training when needed, ensuring safety procedures are followed, and following up on outstanding cases

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and after-sales service support to our customers.
• Attend to service requests and technical issues raised by customers and business partners.
• Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, repair and maintenance of air-conditioning systems and home appliances.
• Identify root causes of product and technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support product installation, testing and commissioning where applicable.
• Provide technical advice and product guidance to customers and business partners.
• Work closely with the Sales, Warehouse and Operations teams to coordinate service cases, replacement units and spare parts.
• Assess product defects and determine whether repair, replacement or further technical investigation is required.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding service cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide feedback to the internal team regarding recurring product issues and technical problems.
• Assist with product training or technical briefings for retailers, wholesalers and dealers when required.
• Ensure all service activities are carried out safely and according to company procedures.
• Perform other technical and service-related duties as assigned.
