Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking an events professional to manage recognition, engagement initiatives and a range of live, virtual, and hybrid internal events. You will liaise across departments and vendors to ensure objectives are met and assist in project administration and communications planning.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Communications/Events or equivalent, with an interest in virtual events tech, and basic web design and multimedia skills. Knowledge of AV software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Communications/Events or equivalent.
• Interest in learning about virtual events technologies.
• Basic website management and designing knowledge.
• Basic multimedia skills or graphic design and video editing skills will be an asset.
• Knowledge of audio and video software and applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of recognition, events and engagement initiatives and activities.
• Planning, coordinating and executing live, virtual, and hybrid internal events.
• Liaison between various internal departments and external stakeholders (like event vendors) leading up to the event, ensuring event requirements and objectives are met.
• Take on project administration, assist in managing the workflow and timely completion of projects undertaken.
• Assist in developing communication objectives and publicity plans as needed.
• Assist in Change Management communication and delivery.
• Assist in workplace wellness and health programs and activities.
• Any other duties assigned.
