Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore offers an industrial internship focused on audio, visual and multimedia production for live and virtual events within our Convention & Exhibition environment. You will support hands-on operations, assist with on-site technical services, and collaborate with the Planning & Production Team on scheduling.

No prior experience required; training will be provided. Diploma holders in Film Sound & Video, Sonic Arts, Immersive Media Production or related streams are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Film Sound & Video or related stream (Polytechnic collaboration).
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist audio, visual, multi-media, and lighting production for live or virtual events in a Convention & Exhibition setting.
• Support hands-on operations and apply AV production skills with provided tools.
• Assist with audio mixing, video mapping, projection, and lighting programming for conferences and entertainment events.
• Support Planning & Production Team with operation/production scheduling.
• Deliver on-site technical services with in-house team, vendors and contractors as per orders.
• Assist development of live video streaming pages and AR/VR/UnReal integration.
• Perform administrative duties as requested.

Job Responsibilities

• To assist the Department to work on audio, visual and multi-media, lighting production in live or virtual events in Convention and Exhibition environment.
• To apply skill sets in event audio visual production with tools and facilities provided and to take parts in hands on operations.
• To assist the team in audio mixing and mastering, video mapping and projection, lighting programming in conference and entertainment event productions.
• To assist the Planning & Production Team in operation / production scheduling.
• To deliver on site technical services together with in-house production team / vendors / service providers / contractors in accordance with agreements / event orders / service orders etc.
• For event productions.
• To assist development of live video streaming pages and AR/VR/UnReal and/or other digital technology integration in immersive media production.
• Perform administrative duties as requested.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification Industrial internship programme in collaboration with Polytechnics Diploma Course in Film Sound & Video, Sonic Arts, Immersive Media Production or in similar stream.

Experience No experience required as training will be provided.
