Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager, Entertainment to support the operations and administration of the Entertainment team. You will help execute high-profile live entertainment, VIP and special events across the resort, coordinating with multiple departments and external partners.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Qualifications

• Degree in Events Management, Arts & Entertainment, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in event marketing, coordination or entertainment preferred.
• Knowledge of major social media platforms is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, Social Media teams and promoters to plan campaigns for shows and events.
• Coordinate marketing content for posting across Entertainment social media channels.
• Prepare briefs for marketing collaterals, including digital assets and promotional materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and flag insights or gaps to improve reach.
• Assist in sourcing, booking and managing artists and events for Sands Live concerts and private events.
• Serve as Event Manager for assigned Marina Bay Sands events under senior supervision.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill artist and event requirements.
• Draft artist contracts and track milestones with Legal and Procurement.
• Prepare post-event reports and maintain trackers for budgets, schedules and approvals.
