Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of legal experience in top-tier law firms.
• Qualified in Singapore, Australia, England & Wales or other common law jurisdiction.
• Strong experience in M&A transactions and related diligence.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex transactions and client expectations on tight timelines.
• Draft and review sale and purchase agreements and related documents.
• Lead due diligence and coordinate cross-border deal execution.
• Coordinate with projects and other teams on financing and development matters.
• Provide supervision and training to junior team members.
