Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie UK LLP in Singapore is seeking a driven Corporate Transactions lawyer with 3–4 years of top-tier experience. You will handle cross-border M&A, structure deals across jurisdictions, draft core agreements, and lead due diligence with junior team members under tight timelines.

The role offers exposure to energy and infrastructure transactions, client interactions, and opportunities for regional growth in a busy Asian market.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 4 years of legal experience in top-tier law firms.
• Qualified in Singapore, Australia, England & Wales, or other common law jurisdiction.
• Strong experience in M&A transactions and deal structuring.
• Ability to manage multiple deals and client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex transactions and client expectations on tight timelines.
• Lead due diligence and verification exercises with internal and external counsel.
• Draft and review sale and purchase agreements, shareholder and joint venture agreements.
• Coordinate cross-border deal structures across jurisdictions.
• Provide supervision and training to junior team members.
• Liaise with projects team on project financing and development matters.
