The Corporate Transactions team in Singapore covers a wide range of transactions with a strong private equity focus. There is also a growing energy and infrastructure M&A practice, led by Kok Jin Ong, which this role is predominantly focused on.
Jin and the team are looking for an ambitious, driven and committed legal practitioner to join this growing practice. The work is likely to be fast-paced and intense and can sometimes involve long hours, but will also offer excellent opportunities to be involved with negotiations and client meetings / interactions.
