Job summary

Ashurst Perkins Coie in Singapore seeks an ambitious Corporate Transactions lawyer to join our growing regional energy and infrastructure practice.

You will manage complex cross-border M&A, lead due diligence, oversee deal structuring, and draft key documents while collaborating with our global team. Applicants should have 3–4 years in top-tier firms, be Singapore-qualified, and demonstrate strong client service and communication.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of legal experience in top-tier firms.
• Experience in cross-border M&A in energy/infrastructure is preferred.
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams on deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex transactions and client expectations.
• Lead deal structuring across multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft and review sale and purchase agreements and joint venture agreements.
• Oversee due diligence and post-closing matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel.
• Mentor junior team members.
