Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 4–8 years post-qualification experience in banking and finance, with preference for project finance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate finance and transaction documents.
• Support due diligence processes and coordination of multi‑jurisdictional workstreams.
• Contribute to client development initiatives and knowledge sharing.
