Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an IT Support professional in Singapore to provide incident support for end-user devices and services. You will troubleshoot Windows 11, M365, and conference room equipment, coordinating with global teams and vendors to drive timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT related field.
• Experience in IT support environment, with bank exposure preferred.
• Proactive, customer-focused and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide incident support and service requests for end-user issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 apps, network, and hardware with global/vendor teams.
• Coordinate with ServiceNow for ticket reviews and resolutions.
• Communicate status updates to users and teams regularly.
• Attend team meetings and participate in training.
