Job summary

DXC Technology Singapore is seeking a Workplace Support Engineer to provide end-user IT support for desktop, mobile, and conferencing tools. You will troubleshoot Windows 11, M365, and AV meeting room equipment, log issues in ServiceNow, and coordinate with global teams and vendors to resolve problems.

The role requires 3–5 years of banking IT support, ITIL certification, and strong customer-facing communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of workplace IT support in bank environment.
• Itil certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide incident support and service requests for end-user tech issues and devices.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 apps, network, and desktop problems with global support/vendor.
• Support meeting room equipment and coordinate with vendors.
• Review ServiceNow tickets and changes; ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate ticket status to team and clients regularly.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and hardware refresh projects.
